MISSION

The mission for the Southwest Center of American Sign Language (ASL) Studies is a collaboration of Deaf, hearing, hard of hearing, teachers for the Deaf and interpreter educators who promote the use of American Sign Language and an understanding of Deaf Culture throughout the community by offering classes, workshops, trainings, and lectures and support the continuing professional development of ASL interpreters and other professionals serving the Deaf community.
